The Tourist Review

BORING TOURISTS THESE

The Tourist stars screen icons Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie. It takes place in Paris, now can it get any more exotic. Add to this, it is directed by none other than Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck of "The Lives of Others" fame. This much is enough to entice any cinema lover. But then sadly enough new movie review of the film turns out to be rather bland and fails to meet with the high expectations.

It begins with a beautiful women (Jolie) being followed by cops, who gets on board a train to Venice. Her name is Elise and she is the girlfriend of one Alexander Pearce who has ripped billions from a gangster. It is here that she meets Frank (Depp), a math teacher who looks and behaves rather depressing. She manages to seduce him while he haplessly falls for her as per her wishes. The rest of the film deals with their adventures while on the run. Expectedly, they fall in love with each other and there are many revelations made as climax beckons.New movie review on The Tourist show that the audience like the climax.
